一般配电箱的负荷在250A以内，250A以上建议就用配电柜了。配电箱的操作及安全要求都是低于配电柜的。1000V及以 下的配电装置和布线的绝缘电阻不小于0.5即可。
如果低压的小配电箱，可以使用普通的酚醛纸板。对于要求较高的，可以用环氧玻璃布板。
厚度根据设计要求，5-10mm （支持定制）
